Celestial Gifts
What are celestial gifts? According to Webster’s dictionary, it is anything “heavenly” or “magical.” Being heavenly or magical encompasses a wide range of items or beings. Celestial gifts can include things that we can see in nature like a rainbow, a star, or a shamrock but it can also include things that we associate with the unnatural or magical for example an angel, fairy or mermaid.

They can invoke a smile from you. It does not matter what religion or faith that you have most people believe that angels do exist. At times you may think of a particular person who has had a profound effect in your life at times when you were down. They seem to have an angelic nature about them. Celestial gifts of an angel or pixies can show that person your appreciation for what they have done for you.
What about those people who seem down on their luck? Celestial gifts of a leprechaun or a good luck troll can help a person realize that someone is thinking of him and perhaps boost their mood. The world is full of things to worry about—the war in Iraq, terrorism, global warming, etc. What if instead of wallowing in the things that is bad or negative in the world we can concentrate on the good or positive?
Celestial gifts can be given to a child as well as an adult. A child’s room can be decorated with celestial decorations. It can be decorated with unicorns or angels. The imagination and fantasy of a child can be encouraged with celestial bedding.

For a child that loves horses, instead of decorating a room with horses why not add wings to a horse and you have a centaur or add wings and a horn and you have a unicorn. The room becomes a magical place for the child. For adult, celestial gifts of angel figurines, jewelry or tapestries can be given to them. |
How can you show someone that you love them? Celestial gifts of cupids can be given to them as an expression of that love. Valentine day should not be the only day we express our love for each other. That day is just a reminder. Any day can and should be valentine day. As children, we would give valentines to everyone in our class.
